Ugliness from within

These are the people we often come across these days, and they always leave one effect on us- repulsion.

They have one thing in common, they think they have right to insult or mock every one. If we pry a little under the skin we will see these people have another thing in common, they are as corrupted inside as they are outside. As they are always indulged in that inner corruption their mind and tongue always churns it, and all that comes out of their mouth is vile, bitter and vulgar.

Keeping one’s temper with these people is very tough. But before losing temper one should remember one thing, that is, the more you will lose your temper the greater advantage they will gain. The level to which they will dip you never will. You will most probably kill yourself before that. And decent snubbing or insulting will only humour them. So the best way to deal with them is to ignore their very existence. Very frankly speaking they fit in one of old Indian words of wisdom that meant- “those who don’t have knowledge, wisdom, good deeds, charity, decency, virtues or religion they are only weighing up the earth, they are monkeys in form of human beings.” So if you take up this point of view, if a monkey throws something at you, you just duck and prevent it from throwing the next thing. You don’t get into a war with it.

By convincing yourself of this you will conquer anger and his ugliness. He will stand an absolute failure. And if you are a real master of your feelings you can even address him politely or coldly to clearly show him that he/his behaviour/his opinion does not means any thing to you. My wisdom says to avoid them like plague and never get entangled with them in any manner- friendly or unfriendly. These people are like pile of mud, if you throw a stone into it the mud will reach your face. So let it stay under your feet or near them.

  1. In my opinion "monkey" is a much better animal to handle than these people. People in the form of snakes, vultures, wolves, are the one you wanted to point out here.

Keeping oneself "cool" is tough and throwing a stone to the pile of mud you mentioned, is really avoidable at any cost.

Only thing I would like to add is, most of the times, group of these people not only consist of "he" but also some "she" in the group.

Thanks for best wishes, I shall try to write something once I get some more things settled down, both at work place and home.

  2. I agree with your points. all of them. i just use the gender to keep the thing short. i believe human beings are not gender wise different, they share all the virtues and vices equally.

Wish you the very best in both spheres.

Will be waiting for your writings.

With warmest wisher for all of you,
